Question: Can I use the 21 Day Fat Loss Jumpstart program if I have a lot of weight to lose? I'm a 37-year old female, 207 pounds. I just had my body fat tested and it's 42%. My goal is
lose about 50 pounds of fat.

It is not mandatory to join a gym, but if you train at home you will need some basic equipment. Things like dumbbells, a stability ball and/or Bosu ball are used throughout the

Question: How long does the program last? Is this just a 21 day program? What kind of results could one expect in a specified time frame?
As the name implies, it is created to give that jumpstart in just 21 days (3 weeks). However, we have received feedback that many people simply started over on day 22 and continued
the plan. It's structured to help with fat loss and optimize gaining lean muscle to jumpstart your success. When the plan is followed as it is laid out, the feedback received
suggests anywhere from a 5-10 lb weight loss is achievable.
Question: Is this program more for beginners or advanced trainees? I've been training for years and pretty much know what I'm doing, but I'm always looking for new ideas.
We've had both beginners and "veterans" go through the program and the feedback received has been tremendous on both accounts. Beginners are typically more excited about the idea of

more information about smart training and nutrition, without the step by step plan, recorded audios, and structured success coaching and motivational audios and written inspirations.
Question: I am really interested in getting this book. But before I do that, I would like to know if I will have to use any special protein shakes and/or supplements to see results. It
seems that all the fat loss programs say that you have to use protein shakes and supplements.
There are absolutely NO supplements required. You CAN use products like protein powder or supplements like a basic multi vitamin and essential fats like fish oil, but no supplements are
required. Some of the meals do include protein powder, but if you didn't want to take this, substitutions could be easily made. This program is not a promotional tool to sell
supplements.
Question: Is this program available in hard copy?
No, there is no hard copy. The 21 Day Fat Loss Jumpstart is 100% downloadable - the nutrition and training manuals are PDF ebooks and the audios are MP3s files. You are forwarded to a
download page immediately after your order is accepted. No physical products will be shipped and this program is not available in stores.
