About Dr. Chris Mohr
Dr. Christopher Mohr, PhD RD is an internationally recognized
nutrition coach, author, and speaker who works with companies and clients worldwide. He is a consultant to a number of media outlets and corporations including the Discovery Health
Channel, The Dairy Council, Clif Bar, and Nordic Naturals. He is a consulting Sports Nutritionist for the Cincinnati Bengals and is also the Sports Nutritionist for Under Armour's TNP
Training Council. Through his company Mohr Results, Inc., he works with all types of individuals from soccer moms to collegiate and professional athletes. He and his wife run a successful
boot camp that has helped nearly 1,000 women lose fat and achieve other physical goals.
Dr. Mohr often appears on TV as a nutritional guest expert, including an appearance with Chef Emeril Lagasse and another on the Montel Williams Show. He was the nutrition expert for the NY
Times Bestseller, "LL Cool J's Platinum Workout" and worked closely with Fitness Celebrity Denise Austin to create the entire nutrition component of her latest book. He is the lead
nutritionist for the Men's Health Belly Off Program, on the Advisory Board for Men's Fitness Magazine and has written over 500 articles for consumer publications, such as Men's
Fitness, Weight Watchers, Men's Health and Fitness, to name a few. Dr. Mohr partnered with Todd Durkin to create the 21 Day Fat Loss Jumpstart to help more people
achieve their fat loss goals.
Dr. Mohr has Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Nutrition from The Pennsylvania State University and University of Massachusetts, respectively. He earned his PhD in exercise
physiology from the University of Pittsburgh and is a Registered Dietitian and Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics.
About Todd Durkin
Todd Durkin, MA, CSCS, is an internationally recognized
performance-enhancement coach, personal trainer, massage therapist, author, and speaker who motivates, educates and inspires people worldwide. He is the founder and creator of Fitness Quest
10 & Todd Durkin Enterprises in San Diego, CA, where his wonderful team focuses on personal training, massage therapy, Pilates, yoga, sports performance training, nutrition, physical
therapy, and chiropractic to help transform the bodies, minds and spirits of a broad clientele. He is a 2 Time Personal Trainer of the Year (IDEA & ACE) and has received numerous industry
accolades.
Todd trains dozens of NFL and MLB athletes, including Super Bowl XLIV MVP Drew Brees, former NFL MVP LaDainian Tomlinson, and athletes such as Aaron Rodgers, Kellen Winslow, Shawne
Merriman, and a host of others. He currently works with 9 NFL quarterbacks. Additionally, he has trained an Olympic Gold Medalist, an MLB Champion & MVP, two X-Games Gold medalists,
Heisman trophy winners, and tens of thousands of other elite and amateur athletes as well as fitness enthusiasts.
Additionally, Todd is the Head of the Under Armour Training Council and Men's Health recently named his gym, Fitness Quest 10, one of the Top 10 Gyms in the US. Todd has appeared on 60
Minutes, ESPN, the NFL Network and has been featured in Sports Illustrated, USA Today, STACK Magazine, Business Week, Prevention, ESPN the Magazine, Men's Health, and countless other media
outlets. Todd has authored 35 DVDs on strength and conditioning, functional fitness, massage/bodywork and business/personal growth.
Todd earned his BS degree in Kinesiology from The College of William & Mary in Virginia and his MA degree in Exercise & Nutritional Science with a specialty in Biomechanics and
Sports Medicine from San Diego State University.
